1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with Ecstasy (the "Bot") on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Ecstasy is a Discord bot that provides:

• Media downloading from third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.) via the Cobalt API.
• Profile lookup commands for public information on Steam, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, GitHub, Telegram, Last.fm, Valorant, and other public services.
• Utility commands such as AFK status, message snipes, server moderation, image and audio manipulation, polls, and quote rendering.

The Bot relies on the Discord API and various third-party APIs to function. Service availability is not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Bot. By using the Bot you also agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot to harass, threaten, dox, or harm any person.
• Use the Bot's downloading commands to obtain copyrighted material you do not have the right to download, redistribute, or store.
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Bot, its hosting infrastructure, or any third-party API it relies on.
• Use the Bot to spam, raid, or otherwise violate Discord's rules.
• Use moderation commands (kick, ban, purge, lock, etc.) without proper authority in the server.

We reserve the right to block any user, server, or guild from using the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Content

Content downloaded, displayed, or referenced by the Bot (videos, audio, profile data, images, etc.) belongs to its respective owners. The Bot is a passthrough tool; we do not claim ownership of, and are not responsible for, any content retrieved from third-party services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download or use any content the Bot retrieves on your behalf.

6. Disclaimers

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the Bot will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• That third-party APIs the Bot relies on (Cobalt, Steam, Instagram, Last.fm, etc.) will continue to function.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data returned by lookup commands.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot's developers and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server or no longer interacting with it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
